Your Pets are Welcome at Mason at Hive!
We are pleased to extend our welcome to your four-legged friends. Pets of all shapes and sizes with no weight limit. $500 deposit is required per pet and $50 monthly pet fee per pet. Breed restrictions do apply. Two pets maximum per home. Please contact our office for additional information.

The location has also been wonderful, there are lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby, the lake is walkable, SF is a very easy drive, my husband's commute to his office in Walnut Creek is even easier. We're happy to be home!

The units are large, well built, comfortable and stylish in a really nice part of Oakland. I had no problems with move in, Comcast was slow to work with but that's nothing out of the ordinary. All in all I love living here and would recommend it if you can get in!
